self-defense class is cool... if you want to be crushed like a bug. we had to fight face to face with a 3oo-pound alive something. very cool, you might say. NOT. the guy got on toppa me and I couldn't breathe, and he wouldn't stop pushing my face into the mat.
Then, when i thought it couldn't get any worse, he starting making noises...like, very scary noises. now it hurts everywhere. It's been decided. If i get attacked, i will not stand a chance. *sigh*
